【Main ingredients and content】The vaccine contains inactivated La Sota strain of newcastle disease virus, TJ-4 strain of avian influenza virus (subtype H9) and RP-8-C strain of fowl adenovirus (serotype 4 group Ⅰ). The virus content before inactivation: Newcastle disease virus La Sota strain is 109.0EID50/0.1ml, Avian influenza virus (subtype H9) TJ-4 strain is 109.0EID50/0.1ml, and Fowl adenovirus (serotype 4 group Ⅰ) RP-8-C strain is 107.50TCID50/0.1ml.
【Characteristics】It is a milky white uniform emulsion.
【Indications and Usage】It is used to prevent diseases caused by Newcastle disease, H9 subtype avian influenza and Fowl adenovirus serotype 4 group I infection. Immunity is produced 21 days after inoculation.
【Dosage and Administration】Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection in the neck, 0.3 ml for each chicken under 4 weeks old, and the immunity period is 5 months; 0.5 ml for each chicken 4 weeks old and above, and the immunity period is 6 months.
【Adverse reactions】Generally no adverse reactions.
【Precautions】
(1) Only used to vaccinate healthy chickens.
(2) The vaccine should be kept away from light and must not be frozen or exposed to high temperatures for a long time. Do not use after demulsification.
(3) The vaccine should be returned to room temperature and shaken thoroughly before use.
(4) After the vaccine bottle is opened, it must be used up on the same day.
(5) The remaining vaccine and used vaccine bottles should be disposed of harmlessly.
【Storage and Expiry date】Storage at 2~8℃, expiry date is 24 months.
