Notes: Streptococcus mainly consists of Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus mammary and Streptococcus bovis. Streptococcus agalactis is the dominant bacterium. Staphylococcus mainly consists of coagulase positive and coagulase negative staphylococcus, and coagulase negative staphylococcus is the dominant bacterium.

The test verifies that the bacteriological cure rate of Escherichia coli, staphylococcus and streptococcus were 80%, 84.4% and 100% 3 days after calving when each milk area was injected with one bottle of Ceforolin (DC) during the dry period. The somatic cell count in the milk decreased from 913,000 cfu/mL during the dry period to 201,000 cfu/mL on day 3 after calving and 202,000 cfu/mL on day 5 after calving. In conclusion, the cure rate of Ceforolin (DC) on clinical mastitis in the dry period of dairy cows is greater than 80%, and the somatic cell count in the dry period of dairy cows is reduced by 80%, reflecting the good clinical effect and bactericidal rate of the product.
