1.Regulate inflammatory storm

Rovio Ann inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators by regulating the TNF-PI3K signaling pathway, NF-kB, m-TOR and other downstream pathways.

2. Decrease the permeability of vascular endothelial cells

By reducing the secretion of inflammatory mediators and regulating the P38-MAPK pathway, the Chinese medicinal extracts of Rovio Ann can effectively reduce the permeability of vascular endothelial cells, thus inhibiting the occurrence of bleeding symptoms.

3. Regulate immune autostability

The theory of traditional Chinese medicine is: strengthening the spleen (promoting anabolism, reducing the production of inflammatory substances) and removing the dampness (regulating the liver, promoting the discharge of inflammatory substances).

Forty-eight (24 male and 24 female) healthy Kunming mice with a body weight of 18g to 22g were randomly divided into 4 groups. Except the control group, the healthy group and model group were given oral administration for 7 days. The model group was injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide to create the immunosuppression model. In the control group, the same volume of normal saline was given, and the results showed that the spleen index of the model mice was increased by 16.60%. The thymus index of model mice was significantly increased by 56.67%. The level of IL-2 in healthy mice was not changed by Rovio Ann, but the level of IFN-γ was slightly decreased. Rovio Ann could significantly increase IL-2 level in model mice by 23.39%.

4. Clinical cases: A total of 500 35-day-old pigs transferred to conservation were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: clinical solution control group (basic diet + nutritional complex + traditional Chinese medicine, etc. 3kg/ton) and experimental group (basic diet + Rovio Ann 3kg/ton). The results showed that the average daily rate of fever and anorexia in the Rovio Ann group was 4.96% lower than that in the clinical solution group, and the sow elimination rate in the Rovio Ann group was 22.4% lower than that in the control group. The average daily anorexia rate of piglets in the Rovio Ann group was 15.35% lower than that in the clinical solution group, and the piglet elimination rate in the Rovio Ann group was 44.5% lower than that in the control group.

Usage and dosage：

Medication in feed, each bag (1kg) of this product to be mixed with 500kg to 1000kg of feed for free feeding;

Medication in drinking water, each bag (1kg) of this product to be blended with 1000kg to 2000kg of water for free drinking.

Low dose (500g/ton of feed) is recommended for breeding pigs throughout the whole process. If this is not possible, it is recommended to feed the sows from 1 month before delivery to 1 month after delivery.
